GENERAL SUMMARY: Digital Channel management, using advanced technologies and approaches that will allow the company and brands to take a leading position in the market and among competitors.


Content management

Responsible for overall web-site content management to stay in-line with HQ guidelines

Manage the process of content translation and localisations (once a season)
Ensure that all styles are merchandised correctly and provide regular content update (daily)
Review site daily to check for accuracy and identify opportunities for on-site optimization through improved customer experience

Online marketing coordination

  • Localise marketing and content calendar in cooperation with marketing, buying team and digital marketing agency to meet sales plan (once a season, maintain monthly)
  • Partner with digital marketing agency to provide with marketing assets and assortment selection for advertising campaigns (weekly) Control seasonal assortment flow to ensure execution of marketing initiatives

Customer support:

  • Interact with call-center (3rd party provider), inside sales and logistics to resolve customers' requests and claims, coordinate customer returns
  • Timely reply to user comments and queries in Yandex Markets
  • Initiate and implement measures to improve customer service

Warehouse management:

  • Coordinate 3rd party provider in terms of order shipping and inventory transfers (3-4 times per season)
  • Control the service quality that 3rd party provider delivers to customers (weekly)

Sales analytics:

  • Update and review weekly sales reports, identify opportunities to optimize the site merchandising to drive performance


  • To initiate/execute conversion growing projects related to e-commerce

Document workflow:

  • Coordinate with the accountants that payments to contractors are posted correctly and timely
  • Control that closing documents are provided and signed timely

Call center

  • Control and development of the resource
  • Development of the channel
  • Cost optimization and control


  • High education(technical is preferable
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, good analytical skills, fluent English, result oriented and initiative, experience in CMS Bitrix is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a manner understandable to various stakeholders
  • A team player, sharing skills and initiatives to ensure the best outcome for the business and team
  • Minimum 1 years experience in E-Commerce or digital environment with a focus on achieving business results
  • Able to work on own initiative, purposefulness, quick reaction, ability to adapt to situations, strong negotiating skills, flexibility.
